Runway indicators

How you can understand runway indicators?
In some projects (flight simulator, texts, aticles, games etc.) I found a lot of wrong runway indicatiors, Why? If I see "Runway 42" it sounds like 2+2=7 for me. In aviation we use magnetic heading for exapmle: Runway 32 is located in  315-324 magnetic heading section. But what's wrong with 42? Revise your school knowledge. The circle has 360 degrees (like Earth) so heading 420 looks at least strange. If you have heading 354 you should round to 350 (with maths rules).
Recapitulation:

Runway indicator Magnetic heading
01005-014
02015-024
03025-034
yy or xx+1xx5-yy4
36355-004

Spotter - who is it?

Spotter - who is it? The discussions about "Who can be spotter" are always very rough. Some thinks spotter can be only person who takes photos. Others thinks spotter can be everyone who interested in aviation and goes to spotters locations in the airports. They think spotters mustn't take photos. I include to first group. I think spotter must take photos and what is your opinion?

Aviation alphabet

If you hear air traffic controllers, you'd undoubtedly wonder: What's golf?
No, controller won't play golf. It's G in phonetic alphabet. Take a look at this table:

Is it illogical? No, in airspace everyday fly a lot of pilots from different sites on the world. Everybody speaks with other accents and pronunciation. To properly understand what the pilots have in mind, we must use those difficult phrases. Difficult? No, it's easy for me. If you want to learn aviation phraseology, you should hear conversations between ATC and pilots. Very simple and useful is: liveatc website.
